My name is Nadja!

I’ve been a SALUS trainer since 2017, and 

I’m offering Warrior Personal Training here in Zurich Engi.

 

Working at SALUS isn’t just a job for me; it’s my passion. I love motivating our members to get fit and stay that way. Over the past few years, I’ve not only focused on my own journey but also helped other women become stronger and more confident so they can level up too.

My approach blends a holistic and intense workout for both your body and mind with a fun, encouraging vibe.
